Animals In Distress Charity
Animals In Distress is a local charity that takes in, cares for and rehomes hundreds of homeless, abandoned cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs every year. Since 1981, they have been and continue to be passionate about the welfare of animals in their care and are dedicated to treating them with dignity and kindness.
We are delighted that Animals In Distress are making a return to Woofstock in 2026 and will be running the fun have a go competitons on Sunday 14th in the main arena.

NFRSA
National Foundation For Retired Service Animals
The National Foundation For Retired Service Animals is a registered charity support retired dogs and horses from the Police, Fire & Rescue, Prison, National Crime Agency, NHS, MOD Police, and Border Force Services by helping with medical and veterinary bills when their careers end.
When serving dogs and horses retire, the financial support they have enjoyed whilst working, including food, kennels/stables, medical and veterinary requirements, training and equipment ends.
We are proud to be supporting NFRSA for a second year at Woofstock.

The Dog Geeks
Ruth Haynes, Dawn Spence & Rebecca Hanlon
Ruth Haynes, Dawn Spence and Rebecca Hanlon are collectively The Dog Geeks. A supportive dog community run by three qualified canine Behaviour Practitioners. Whatever you need support with, training, behaviour issues, nutrition questions, then this is the place you will find it.
Ruth and Dawn will be talking about Canine Communication and Body Language and interactions between children and dogs. Does a yawn always mean a dog is tired? Does a wagging tail always mean a dog is happy? The Dog Geeks will teach you that by learning to read your dog’s body language you can help support them in tricky situations and give more positive interactions with dogs and humans alike.
Be sure to join them and learn how to understand what your dog is trying to tell you.
The Dog Geeks will be talking in the speakers tent.
